Is laser hair removal permanent?

Although our medical laser hair removal equipment has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the FDA uses the expression “Permanent Hair Reduction” for permission, which means that the effect of laser treatment is different depending on the skin quality and the color of the hair.

For example, in the case of Caucasian with dark black hair or Japanese, when enough effect is obtained by 4-6 or more treatments, it is often that you can expect such effects as being almost permanent.

However, with thin hair such as brown hair, there is a possibility that further epilation is difficult from the hair-growing state or it will come back thinner in the future.
In that sense, the expression “permanent hair reduction” is used.
